Is the tutor a person?
No. It’s an AI that speaks with your child live, and its recaps are written by AI too, so what it says can occasionally be wrong. Every class ends with a recap and a plan that you can read and adjust. See how a Class runs.
Is this just an AI chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers whatever you type, then forgets. A Tutix class is booked and led by the tutor from a plan, it remembers what happened last time, and the next class picks up where the last one left off. See how memory works.
Will they just be handed the answers?

How will I know it’s working?
After class you get a recap from the tutor: how it went, the moment it clicked, and what comes next. In weeks a class is held, a weekly email from Tutix. And a note if classes are being missed or focus is slipping. See what parents get.
What if we miss a class?
Your child gets a reminder 15 minutes before each class, and a nudge at start time. If one is missed, up to three make-up times for the next week are suggested. A series pauses after three misses in a row, and you’re told. You can cancel any time. See what a Class includes.
How long is a class?
You choose, from 15 minutes to 2 hours in 15-minute steps, and a new class starts at 45 minutes. A class takes its time from your plan’s live minutes, so Free covers about one 45-minute class a month. See the plans.
How old does my child need to be?
13 or older. If your child is under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to the terms. Read the terms.
